Conversation Series: Accelerating electrification and scaling demand flexibility through customer action

Adding more electrified load to the grid will create reliability and affordability problems for utilities and their customers. The goal is to achieve grid flexibility, keep rates affordable for customers and reduce emissions. Planning for both supply and demand of energy needs to be aligned and balanced for the transition to electrification to work.
