Electricity Canada launched the Sustainable Electricity (SE) Designation to recognize members that are demonstrating commitment to sustainability. This third party verified designation is a streamlined and robust process based on the ISO 26000 standard – Guidance on Social Responsibility.
The Designation demonstrates:
A pledge to continuous improvement
Reporting transparency
A commitment to sustainability
Alignment with core ISO 26000, 45001 and 14001 requirements
Eligibility
All Electricity Canada members (and their subsidiary companies) in good standing are eligible to apply for the SE Leader Designation.
