Each year, the Customer Council meets with Corporate Partners to hear from industry experts and vendors about new advances and thought leadership in the customer space.
On October 27th, the Customer Council and Corporate Partners will meet at Accenture in Toronto. The theme for this year's event is - Customer Experience in the Age of AI: How Canadian Utilities Are Using AI to Transform Customer Service and the Digital Customer Experience.
The event will kick off with lunch and a half of discussions and breakout sessions followed by a reception.
The Customer Council meeting will follow on October 28th.
